If you request a tradesperson to attend the property without permission from KTBeez, you may be asked to pay the account.

According to the Residential Tenancy Act 1997, tenants must advise of any maintenance issues that occur during the tenancy. Failure to do so may result in additional costs to the owner from damage caused.

Costs for the replacement of lost keys, damage to locks, etc., will be incurred by renters.
